Monumental Lawn Memorial Sub Bases
These concrete memorial lawn sub bases
are designed specifically with quality, ease of installation and looks in mind.
They are manufactured from top grade, hardwearing materials
and comply with most monumental trade recommended sizes and specifications.
Most of our monumental sub bases incorporate a special half fill trough and drain design,
which will allow you to fit either left, right or centre planters into your marble or granite.
Our bases are also supplied with three in line fixing holes which are cast in production:
the centre hole has been designed to incorporate the Blast Shop peg and tube system
with a countersunk position for the fixing flaps.
The two outer fixing holes have also been incorporated into the bases as standard
so that larger heads can be fitted with ease.
There is no need for drilling, simply put a Blast Shop peg and tube system in each outer hole
and it's ready to take heads over 3' 6".
The Nettlebank fixing pin can also be used as standard on all our bases and there is a countersunk
section incorporated to take the locating washer.
Please note also for masons who bolt their heads together,
all our bases are made so that the fixing nuts on heads will fit into hole
exactly 12" apart this saves you having to countersink into the marble.
As part of our continuing policy to improve our products,
all bases now incorporate fibrin type XP reinforcing fibres,
as well as much higher strength cement.
