Main Terms and Conditions of Sale

Information on this web site does not constitute an offer and does not form a legally binding contract. A contract is formed between you, the customer, and us, Sharcon Monumental Limited when we accept and confirm your order.

Goods will only be despatched on receipt of full payment for the goods ordered which may include an amount for delivery.

Refunds will only be made if goods have manufacturing defects. A deduction for delivery costs will be made from any amount refunded. Before returning defective items you must contact Sharcon Monumental for return approval.

If incorrect products or sizes are ordered, these may be replaced subject to additional charges for the product, packing, delivery and administration.

If an item is not in stock or no longer available, Sharcon Monumental Limited's only liability will be to refund any payment made.

Any dispute between Sharcon Monumental Limited and the customer will be dealt with under English law.
